Matthew Hurtienne, PhD
Dr. Matthew Hurtienne is a veteran organizational consultant with over two decades of experience in strategy, performance, and change management. He is dedicated to helping leaders drive sustained business performance by unlocking the potential of their people and processes.
Holding a PhD in Organizational Learning, Performance, and Change, Dr. Hurtienne combines academic rigor with practical business insight. He is a published author and a certified expert in Prosci Change Management and Six Sigma Green Belt methodologies.
Dr. Hurtienne's philosophy is rooted in his early entrepreneurial experience, where he learned the vital link between effective change and employee engagement. As a co-developer of a new Leadership Theory, he is committed to a people first approach that fosters trust, enhances collaboration, and guides organizations through successful transformations.

Ken Krueger, JD, MBA,MPH, MDIVRev.
Ken Krueger is a veteran leader with more than 25 years of demonstrated ability to produce positive and quantitative results in complex environments. Rev. Krueger is committed to helping those organizations that desire to make this world a better place.
Rev. Krueger holds advanced degrees in law and business from the University of Virginia, as well as advanced degrees in public health from Boston University and in divinity from Concordia Seminary. In his professional life, Rev. Krueger has served as the CEO of the American Red Cross Grand Canyon Chapter, of the Lutheran Federal Credit Union and of MinistryFocus, a nonprofit he founded. He also has served as the Chief Customer Officer at Concordia Plans Services, as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Nigeria, as a public health worker at Guantanamo Bay, and as a strategy consultant in both Washington, DC and in San Francisco.
Rev. Krueger and his wife have been married for more than 27 years and are further blessed with two daughters. Additionally, Rev. Krueger is blessed not only to be an owner of the Green Bay Packers, but also is a season ticket holder.
